Privacy policy
This policy explains what Secondish collects on secondish.store, why we keep it, and how California residents can make a request.
Effective October 14, 2026.
Who operates this site
Secondish operates secondish.store. Privacy requests go to support@secondish.store.
Notice at collection
When you use the support form, we collect the categories below for the purposes under “Why we use it.” We do not sell that information or share it for cross-context advertising. The support form links to this notice. Purchases and payment details are handled on eBay under its privacy policy.
Information we collect
- Identifiers: your name and email address from the support form, payer details retained for earlier website orders, and the IP address in a host log.
- Commercial information: the product name you mention, item numbers, the amount charged, the transaction id, and the payment status.
- Internet activity: the time and browser type of a support-form request in the host log. The cart stays in your browser under the name secondish-cart until you clear it.
We do not ask for a Social Security number, a government ID, precise location, health information, or account passwords. We do not collect those categories.
Sources
- You, when you send the support form.
- PayPal records retained from earlier website orders.
- The company that hosts this website, through logs of those requests.
Why we use it
- To answer a question about an item.
- To complete, ship, or follow up on an order.
- To keep a record of a payment and the items in that order.
- To limit repeated form submissions.
Who receives it
- eBay handles purchases made through listing links under its own terms and privacy policy.
- The company that hosts this website, so the catalog and support form can run.
- A shipping carrier, using the delivery address for your order, when an order ships.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context advertising.
Do not sell or share my personal information
Secondish does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no separate opt-out switch because that sale or share does not happen. You can still email support@secondish.store and ask us to confirm this.
Sharing a listing
Share buttons are ordinary links. Choosing Facebook, X, Pinterest, or email opens that service with the page address. This site does not run a Facebook pixel, an advertising tag, or a social plugin that loads before you choose a share link.
Browser storage, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control
The cart uses browser storage on your device. Payment buttons are no longer loaded on this website. This site does not use advertising cookies and does not follow you across other websites. A browser Do Not Track signal is not used to build a profile, because we do not build one.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat that as a request not to sell or share personal information. We do not sell or share it. This website no longer loads payment buttons or promotional payment messages.
California privacy requests
A California resident can email support@secondish.store to:
- Ask what personal information we have collected, used, or disclosed about you.
- Ask us to delete personal information we keep, except records we still need for an order, a security log, or a legal duty.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to confirm that we do not sell or share personal information.
Put “California privacy request” in the subject and say which right you are using. We will confirm the request and may ask for the email tied to the form message or PayPal order so we do not disclose someone else’s information. You may use an authorized agent with written permission. We will not charge a different price or refuse an order because you made a privacy request. If we deny a request, reply with “California privacy appeal” in the subject and we will review that denial.
Children
This site is a general store. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
How long we keep it
Support messages stay until the question and any follow-up are finished. You can ask us to delete a message that is no longer needed. Order records stay so we can ship the order, answer a later question about it, and meet tax and accounting duties. The cart stays on your device until you clear it. The host keeps request logs for security and abuse limits.
